Sonoma Gourmet
Specialty Food Company, located in Sonoma, California, is
owned and operated by Chefs Roger Declercq and Bill Weber.
The idea of producing
restaurant quality sauces and condiments for the retail market
was conceived while the two chefs were employed preparing
fine foods in the ski resort restaurants around Lake Tahoe.
The ambiance of the California Wine Country with its well-earned
reputation for fine food and drink drew Bill and Roger to
Sonoma County and to the founding of Sonoma Gourmet in the
spring of 1990.
Today the company
offers 28 branded items packaged under the Pometta’s
and Sonoma Gourmet labels. Sonoma Gourmet also produces over
200 specialty gourmet products in its co-pack and private
label programs.

From East Bay: I-80 East to SR-37 West for 14.5 miles. Right onto SR-121 (Arnold Dr.) for 6.6 miles. Bear right onto SR-121 for 1.4 miles. Left onto 8th. St. E. for 1 mile.
From Sacramento Valley: I-80 West to SR-12 (Napa, Sonoma),(Jameson Canyon Rd) for 6.4 miles. Right on Sr-12(SR-29) for 4 miles. Left on SR-12 for 5.1 miles. Right onto Napa Road for 3 miles. Left on 8th. St. E. for 0.8 mile.
From Santa Rosa: US-101 South to SR-116 East (Sonoma, Napa) exit right for 0.1 miles. Left onto SR-116 (Lakeville St.) for 1.5 miles. Left onto Frates Rd. for 9.5 miles. Left onto SR-121 for 1.5 miles. Left onto 8th. St. E. for 1 mile.
