Sonoma Gourmet provides customized production and packing.

Sonoma Gourmet's experienced production team will meet with you to:
• discuss the production feasibility of your special recipe/formulae
• sign a confidentiality agreement to assure you that your formulae will not be divulged or copied
• provide advice on formulation, production, warehousing, and distribution
• refer you to label design and printing experts, container and ingredients suppliers, distributors and any other support service your business may require

Initial test run: minimum + or - 50 gallon (per product)

Subsequent runs: minimum of 400 - 600 cases (per purchase order). Similar products packaged in the same container can be combined to achieve minimum order numbers. (Actual quantities per SKU are presented with product pricing).

Lead time for scheduling production: up to 30 working days (depending on time of year)

Manufacturing Capabilities:
• Processing a wide variety of shelf-stable food products - hot or cold fill - smooth to large or heavy particulate formulas
• Glass / Plastic packaging - 2 oz to gallon sized bottles / jars
• Organic product runs - California State certified
• California State pH and non-pH control certified
• A dedicated, experienced staff which efficiently handles a wide variety of products with care
