Organically grown garlic in Gilroy, California, then slow roasted to bring out a mild garlic flavor suitable for today’s pallet. 


Olive Oil

Organic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil sourced from Spain. We use this to sauté the fresh onions and garlic to start the base of the sauce. Using this high quality oil allows for a beautifully buttery texture usually only found in restaraunts.

Organic yellow and white onions grown in California create the base of most of our sauces.
