Muffuletta Olive Spread
Slice a wedge of brie cheese in half horizontally. Cover the lower half with Pometta's Muffuletta Olive Spread and replace the top half. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about six to eight minutes, not to melt, just to allow the flavors to marry.
Also use this unique spread as a pasta sauce, a dip, on top of baked potatoes or in your favorite sandwich. Add to eggs, vegetables or salads. Bake or grill with chicken, pork, prawns or fish.
