Artichoke Spread
Tender artichoke hearts are simmered with extra virgin olive oil, garlic and capers. We then add parmesan cheese and toasted almonds along with selected herbs and spices.
Simply open and enjoy with crackers or artisan bread. Create you own signature dish by tossing with pasta or rice. Try as a topping for homemade pizza. Artichoke spread is a delicious and verstile condiment or cooking ingredient for fish, chicken and vegetable dishes.
