Mediterranean Spaghetti with Artichokes and Feta

This spaghetti dish is full of Mediterranean flavors like artichokes, feta cheese and olives. It’s an easy vegetarian meal that comes together in minutes. The star of this dish is Sonoma Gourmet Artichoke & Garlic Pasta Sauce which is chock full of tomatoes, artichokes and plenty of veggies. Finish this Mediterranean Spaghetti with a sprinkling of fresh herbs and toasted pine nuts for a simple yet satisfying dinner. Serves: 6


  • 1 pound spaghetti

  • 1 25 ounce jar of Sonoma Gourmet Artichoke & Garlic Pasta Sauce

  • 2/3 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved

  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • ½ cup pine nuts, toasted

  • ½ cup fresh herbs such as basil, parsley, green onions or oregano, chopped

  • Optional: additional chopped herbs for garnish


1. Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions.

2. Toss the pasta with Sonoma Gourmet Artichoke & Garlic Pasta Sauce.

3. Stir in the kalamata olives and herbs.

4. Top with feta cheese and pine nuts.

5. Add more herbs on top if desired and serve.
