Orange Rosemary Shrimp

These orange rosemary shrimp are flavored with a super simple marinade, threaded onto skewers and grilled to smoky perfection. The marinade has just a handful of ingredients and can be made in less than 5 minutes with Sonoma Gourmet Orange & Rosemary California Extra Virgin Olive Oil! Serves: 4


  • 1 ¼ pounds large or extra large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • ¼ cup Sonoma Gourmet Orange & Rosemary California Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice

  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • salt and pepper to taste


1. Place the olive oil, orange juice, lemon juice and salt and pepper in a large resealable bag. Add the shrimp and toss to coat.

2. Place the bag in the refrigerator and let the shrimp marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.

3. Remove the shrimp from the marinade and thread onto skewers.

4. Heat a grill over medium heat. Place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or pink and opaque. Serve immediately.
